Content expert in war veterans and active duty military with PTSD and complex comorbidity, especially substance use, alcohol and opiate abuse, pain disorders and mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). Invited Congressional Testimony in 1991 on the needs of ethnic minority Vietnam veterans with PTSD. Cultural defense with minority defendants. Involved in 16 death penalty cases.
