Mr. Levy is a real estate and banking consultant who serves as a consultant and expert witness in disputes involving construction lending, real estate lending, fraud analysis, risk analysis, restructurings and workouts, corporate real estate, and standards of care in various functions in the commercial real estate and banking industries. He was the primary drafter of the arbitration rules governing real estate disputes. Mr. Levy has an outstanding track record of results in underwriting construction loans and real estate loans. Mr. Levy was Managing Director in Real Estate Finance at Chase Manhattan Bank and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Corporate Real Estate Division at Chemical Bank. He is an Adjunct Professor at New York University and a published author on the resolution of real estate disputes, construction lending, valuation, and other topics and has lectured at Harvard, MIT, Yale, Stanford, Penn (Wharton), Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth (Tuck), and the University of Virginia (Darden).
