Dr. Skoler is a clinical and forensic psychologist, licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. He has over 35 years experience in court evaluations and testimony, psychological testing, and therapy/counseling. He is also a member of the PsyPact interstate compact to practice telepsychology, and to practice up to 30 days, per year, per participating compact state.
Dr. Skoler has been qualified as an expert witness in clinical and forensic psychology in many states, and in Federal U.S. District, military, and immigration courts.
