Dr. Ebert has been qualified and has testified as an expert forensic photogrammetric and photographic analyst 34 times in county, state, and federal courts across the country between 1980 and the present. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Forensic Sciences. He is also an archaeologist and anthropologist and has received numerous grants from the National Science Foundation and The National Geographic Society to support his research in these areas.
Dr. Ebert provides scientific analysis and reconstruction of events, accidents, scenes and other legal evidence from photographic and other imaged data and maps. He also specializes in interpretation and mapping of past and present activities and events at industrial facilities, dumps and other sites for environmental forensic purposes.
Dr. Ebert is available to serve as an expert for either plaintiff or defense.
