Keith A. Bergman is the founder of Bergman Engineering, a forensic engineering firm with the goal of bringing clarity to complexity. The firm provides objective investigative analysis and consulting services as well as expert witness testimony. After over 25 years of field experience as a Professional Engineer working in transportation and construction, the realm of expert services was a logical next step.
As a civil engineer, Keith routinely evaluates cases and claims involving structural or design failures (buildings, bridges, roads, stairways, etc.), reconstructs and analyzes accidents related to traffic, roadways, weather, environment and unsafe conditions, and consults on compliance with regulatory codes and standards. His experience includes highway and roadway design, traffic engineering, storm drainage design, land development, ADA and building compliance, construction management and safety, zoning, premises liability, and walkway surface evaluations.
Keith has worked on cases ranging from small private claims to large civil claims and has consulted in complex claims and litigation on behalf of corporations, attorneys, insurance companies, and municipal/government agencies.
