Over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. Experience includes managing high volume night clubs, restaurant management, upscale casual dining, casual dining, fine dining, fast casual, food service management for sports and entertainment venues, and mergers and acquisitions.
Areas of expertise include menu development, marketing, purchasing, human resources, training, accounting, design, site-selection, construction, concessions, catering and forensic cost analysis.
Previous clients have included, ITV Studios+ “Hells Kitchen”, Anheuser-Busch, Utah Jazz, US Commerce Department, BWW’s, Quiznos, Pillsbury Law Firm, Gray Robinson Law Firm, Drury Suites, Pussers BVI Concepts, Gainesville Correction Penitentiary, Maverik Center and USANA Amphitheatre and Weber State University.
Partners in over 30 food service establishments. Some of which include a 12,000 sq. ft. sports bar, a 40,000 sq. ft. seafood buffet, a 9,200 sq. ft. upscale steakhouse + wine bar, two gourmet food trucks, a gourmet deli and a 10,000 seat arena and a 20,000 seat outdoor amphitheatre both in Salt Lake City.
