More than 30 years of experience in financial and litigation consulting. For over 25 years, has consulted with clients on IP damage, IP valuation and IP management issues across a variety of industries, both in and outside of litigation. Has worked with clients and counsel on several hundred matters involving patent, trade secret, and Lanham Act damage assessment, strategic IP analyses, IP licensing negotiations, patent portfolio management, and patent royalty auditing.
Writes for the journal Financial Valuation and Litigation Expert and is on its Panel of Experts. Editor/contributing author of Calculating and Proving Damages published by Law Journal Press. Has presented many CLE and CPE seminars on a variety of damage-related topics. Also serves as a forensic accounting instructor at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
