In addition to PhD/Economics [UC Riverside], JD [Concord Law], and an LLM [Loyola University of Chicago], Dr. Seplaki did Post-Doc [University of Chicago - Economics], Harvard Corporation Fellowship [Harvard Law School, Law & Economics], and 2 Visiting Scholarships [Harvard and Columbia, each]. Dr. Seplaki published 50+ peer reviewed research articles as well as several research volumes - including one in Antitrust, and a couple of others in Health Economics and Healthcare Costs.
Primary interest: Application of economic analyses to issues in legal malpractice, medical malpractice, antitrust, medical mergers/acquisitions, business failures, negligence, and selected other matters.
