M. Randy Durnal is a nationally recognized court qualified expert and has testified in depositions and trials relating to alcohol serving venues nationwide. He enjoys a trial seasoned reputation as a liquor liability expert.

Mr. Durnal also provides expert testimony in violence prevention and excessive force. He has testified in lack of security cases throughout the country.

Randy Durnal testifies regarding the Standards of Care and the foresee-ability of events such as those occurring based on the establishment's alcohol awareness training, policies, and procedures or lack thereof.  Randy Durnal's dram shop expert testimony is strengthened through his vast law enforcement experience.  He has been invited as a guest speaker at numerous national presentations, seminars and law enforcement training associations.  He personally enjoys over 37 years of investigative experience.

His public speaking presentations are at a national level that teaches responsible alcohol service.  Most recently at the Cheers Convention, Night Club and Bar Convention and the national TIPs alcohol awareness conference.  He has presented for trial lawyers regarding liquor liability discovery techniques and the best methods to uncover all relevant information to develop or defend a case.

Since 1980 Randy Durnal was a certified law enforcement officer highlighted by his tenure with State Liquor Control.

Mr. Durnal provides objective questions for attorneys during the discovery process when depositions are conducted of bar staff, suspects and witnesses.

Randy Durnal has been hired to review hundreds of different policies, procedures and training materials of liquor-serving operations throughout the country for potential liability and lack of following the standard of care.
