Michael Armstrong, MD provides independent medical examinations, record reviews, expert opinions and courtroom testimony regarding illnesses and injuries of the face, ears, nose, sinuses, mouth, tonsils, larynx and neck. He is a published expert on endoscopic sinus surgery and on strangulation injuries.
Dr. Armstrong is in full time clinical practice of otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery in Richmond, Virginia. He is the founder and president of Richmond ENT, which provides a wide range of ear, nose and throat services. He has particular clinical interests in nasal and sinus surgery, and in facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Armstrong is a graduate of Princeton University and Duke University Medical School. He completed training in 1995 at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is certified by the American Boards of Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
