Melanie Modica is an accredited appraisal reviewer and fine art appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. Melanie holds the Appraisal Review & Management (ARM) designation for personal property and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser for personal property, fine art. She is accredited with the ARM designation for writing reviews of personal property appraisal reports written by appraisers. Reviews are written for the intended use of determining compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), assisting in disputes regarding fine art value conclusions, settlements and more. A leader in the ARM education program for ASA, Melanie is a contributor, editor and instructor for the ARM Principles of Valuation 201 and 204 courses that are offered to appraisers for their review accreditation requirements.
