Paul Rosenberg has made a career of putting complex subjects into easily-understood language and is able to produce authoritative opinions on electrical accidents, cost estimates and liabilities, job-site responsibilities, safety, supervision, electrical codes and fiber optics. He is conversant in matters of law and is a frequent public speaker.
Paul is the author of more than 50 books and hundreds of articles for the electrical industries. He developed and taught 19 continuing education courses for Iowa State University's College of Engineering and has held other teaching positions. He also co-founded the Fiber Optic Association and wrote the first ANSI standard for the installation and testing fiber optic cables in buildings (NECA-FOA 301).
Paul has more than 35 years of experience in the electric fields, life-long experience in construction and has held many industry certifications. He has been testifying as an expert witness since 1987.
