Bradford Phillips is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist (TX3850B) and the owner of ArborTrue Environmental Services, LLC. He has been a consulting arborist for 15 years. He runs hundreds of diagnostic appointments a year and travels the country investigating complex ecological and arboricultural issues. Brad is licensed in three states as a professional arborist, is a member in good standing with the American Society of Consulting Arborists, the Tree Care Industry Association, and the International Society of Arboriculture. He is a director and educator for the Organic Horticultural Benefits Alliance, a 501c3 in the Houston area. I am a public speaker and educator as well as an experienced lobbyist and the contributing author for existing state law regarding management of Texas ecosystems. Brad is a Qualified Line Clearance Arborist and certified trainer for Electrical Hazards Awareness Training by North American Training Solutions. He has several certifications from the TCIA including, EHAT Certified, Aerial lift Certified, Aerial Rescue. He is currently assisting in the production of an investigative documentary on herbicide toxicity and has been featured on numerous radio and TV news programs regarding trees and their ecosystems. Brad has been retained as an expert witness on many cases including accidents, fatalities, property damage, tree risk assessment, accident reconstruction (trees), chemical spills and more.
