Dr. Raymond G. Decker, Jr. is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. He has been in clinical practice, specializing in Hand Surgery, for thirty years, and continues to practice full time in Central New Jersey, where he maintains full, active privileges at five hospitals and four surgical centers. He has active, unrestricted licenses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, and has never been the subject of any disciplinary action or malpractice judgment. He is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, completed accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency in New Jersey, and has fellowship training in Hand and Microvascular Surgery from the University of South Florida. Dr. Decker is an active fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a fellow in the American College of Surgeons, and an active member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner, and is also board certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He is experienced in expert witness testimony and depositions, and has completed the SEAK Training Course for medical expert witness.
