Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, Dr. Hahn's clinical cardiovascular responsibilities included complex inpatient and outpatient care; daily CCU, ICU, and ER interactions; medical directorship of the cardiac rehabilitation program and of the Congestive Heart Failure / Healthy Hearts Clinic; and invasive procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
Possessing a wide range of clinical experience, Dr. Hahn has treated patients with coronary artery disease, heart attack / myocardial infarction, rhythm disturbances / arrhythmia, high blood pressure / hypertension, high blood cholesterol / hyperlipidemia, anticoagulation, valvular heart disease, cardiogenic shock, cardiac arrest, and many other forms of heart and vascular disease. Over the years, he has also taught or mentored medical and physician assistant students, nurses and nurse practitioners, and medical residents.
Dr. Hahn enjoys performing detailed work, especially reviewing patient charts for medicolegal consultations. He has worked with both defense and plaintiff counsel, and has generally been successful in helping cases be settled rather than go to trial. Dr. Hahn's goal is to apply his 35+ years of cardiovascular medical education, training, and experience in order to arrive at fair, impartial, and timely opinions for all parties concerned.
