Richard T. Hughes, P.E. has over 35 years experience within the engineering field. Mr. Hughes has inspected over 4,000 structures for deficiencies. Furthermore, he has been retained to investigate over 200 accidental deaths and numerous cases involving slip/falls, automobiles, fires, explosions, building hazards and construction accidents. He has designed over 400 projects, including an addition to the CIA and a bridge of the Nile. Hughes holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in engineering and is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and has worked in over 20 states. He has considerable courtroom testimony experience and is the author of two books.
