Dr. Robert H. Schram has over forty years experience consulting, counseling, and administrating a large community non-profit organization in Bucks County Pennsylvania. As Executive Director of BARC Developmental Services since 1977 he has defended and testified in numerous cases involving wrongful death, group homes, mental retardation, vocational rehabilitation, profit and non-profit company policies and procedures, discrimination, and workplace safety. He has also consulted and testified in other cases involving housing discrimination, job discrimination, guardianship, and abuse. In addition to his B.A., M.A. and doctorate in Public Administration he also holds Certificates from: the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in Finance; University of Penn Medical School in Medical Ethics and Decision Making; Ford Motor Company in Dispute Resolution; Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare in Leadership. He has done consultations on: business operations; employee issues and employee handbooks; residential long term care; fiscal analysis; pension/trust fund management and investment; production line management; marketing; capital fund raising campaigns; association management; strategic planning; sensitivity training (cultural, ethnic, gender, and sexual orientation); human resource management.
