Terry Morgan and his Team of Qualified Expert Witnesses & Consultants, have worked in the transportation industry for over 55 years working for shippers, carriers, a college instructor and as a consultant. He is a Distinguished Logistics Professional and is Certified in Transportation and Logistics by the American Society of Transportation and Logistics and is a STB Practitioner admitted to practice transportation administrate law originally before the Interstate Commerce Commission then the Federal Highway Administration and the Surface Transportation Board. Additionally, he is a Certified Factoring Specialist and a Certified Capital Specialist, designations awarded to him by the American Cash Flow Association. He is a member of the following organizations:

As a teenager, Terry worked in the family owned trucking business, ultimately was an owner of a trucking business, was a Traffic Manager for IBM Corporation, a Transportation Manager for Northrop Corporation, General Manager of a diversified trucking and distribution company and taught transportation, marketing and sales, business law, industrial supervision and ICC Law and Practice at Los Angeles Pierce College, Woodland Hills, California and California State University at Northridge, California.

He has written numerous operations and safety articles for trade publications, tariffs for both freight, emergency services carriers and passenger carriers as well as being the Founder, Editor and Publisher of the Trucking Business Journal since its inception in 1993.

Presently, Expert Witness/Consulting services are provided in motor carrier/rail administrative law; truck involved accidents; physical distribution management; fork lift and shipping dock operations; freight broker operations; freight forwarder operations, passenger operations; loss and damage claims; contracts, rates and leases; warehousing and traffic management. Since 1989, Mr. Morgan has participated in about 1,000 litigation matters and over 1,200 consulting issues throughout the United States, for shippers, carriers, freight brokers, and loss and damage claims.
