Dr. Tyson Cobb, a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon is a pioneer and expert in the use of minimally invasive orthopedic surgery of the upper extremity including the hands, wrist, elbow and shoulder.
Specialized areas of expertise include Cubital tunnel surgery, Carpal tunnel surgery, nerve compression, wrist arthritis, small joint arthroscopy, elbow surgery and workplace injury.
Currently, Dr. Cobb is the director of the Hand and Upper Extremity Centre for Orthopaedic Specialists as well as an instructor of surgeons around the world in the use of arthroscopic and endoscopic orthopedic surgery techniques. He is also President of the European Wrist Arthroscopy Society.
He holds several patents for minimally invasive surgical equipment and has developed and published several techniques for minimally invasive surgery of the hand and upper extremity.
Dr. Cobb is a member of the American Association for Hand Surgery, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery and the American Society for Peripheral Nerve, among others.
