Services include: assisting attorneys with initial assessment of liability claims; pretrial discovery; depositions and cross-examination planning; expert testimony in court, and defense/plaintiff case preparation. Additional research services: crime pattern analysis; crime foreseeability; security evaluation (security practices and procedures and environmental design assessment related to crime control); literature reviews of security laws, industry standards, and state-of-the-arts practices.
